One minute is all it takes to re-energize and re-frame your perspective... Really!
This week's One-Minute Module or "Gold Star Practice" is called Integral Inquiry. It is from the Integrative Life Practice (ILP) Spirit Module. Ready? Let's go!
1) Sit quietly with an upright spine and breathe naturally.
2) Rest in the present moment, releasing your attention into the openness. Relax into what is.
3) If your attention wanders, ask yourself, “Who am I? What am I doing? What am I avoiding or attracting?"
4) As you inquire, relax and release your conventional mind. Don’t try to answer the questions- let them come to you. Accept the present moment just as it is.
5) When your minute is over, regard yourself with loving kindness, freeing yourself of limiting thoughts, restoring to awareness and presence, taking the feeling of spaciousness with you for the rest of your day.
Repeat as much and as often as you like. Feel free to practice throughout your day and week. It only takes one minute.
