Seriously. What you can do in one minute can make a big difference in the course of your day, week, month, life.
This week's Meaningful Monday will focus on Integral Life Practice. ILP is a radically inclusive, comprehensive framework that combines centuries of practices, psychology, consciousness studies, and other fields. ILP can be broken into "bite sized" chunks or "One-Minute Modules" of practices or experiences that can help us grow, develop, and "reach beyond" our current circumstances.
